Open Positions:
Remote Scheduler
Position Type: Independent Contractor/Employee

Availability Needed: At least 4-hr block Monday-Friday between 9AM-5PM

Number of Hours Per Week: 5-40
-
Minimum availability of 20-30 hours each week during normal business hours is preferred

Compensation: Starts at $12/hr
Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments via phone and email for wholesalers to meet with advisors
-
Respond to emails/calls within one hour during
-
9AM-5PM (Most cases can be done from a smartphone)

Manage client work as a priority when it comes in during business hours
-
Clear, consistent, and timely communication with the team and clients
Virtual Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Independent Contractor/Employee

Availability Needed: At least 4-hr block Monday-Friday between 9AM-5PM

Number of Hours Per Week: 10-15

Minimum availability of 20-30 hours each week during normal business hours is preferred

Compensation: Starts at $12/hr

Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars, set up meetings, and other duties as assigned
- Manage compliance reporting
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Screen, direct, and distribute electronic correspondence
- Organize electronic documents as requested
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize client calendars
